A Rare & Beautiful 120 Year Old Victorian Antique Oak Fall Front Bureau. Made in England during the reign of Queen Victoria in around 1900 to a lovely standard. The lovely moulded edged fall front cover with brass escutcheon lifts to reveal a fitted interior of shaped front miniature drawers, shelves and a writing surface fitted with red leather skiver. The base fitted four long drawers with brass handles escutcheons and handles. All raised upon bracket feet. Made to wonderful proportions it will stand proud in any room.

The oak has a lovely colour and pleasing patina created over the last 120 years. A wonderful piece of English history that’s overflowing with historic charm.
Worth buying even just as an investment or store of wealth. As expected with age some minor wear and tear including marks from use and minor splits.
