A Rare & Beautiful 140 Year Old Victorian Antique Mahogany Folding Campaign / Travelling Table. Made in England during the reign of Queen Victoria in around 1880 to a lovely standard. The large folding hinged circular form table rests upon a lovely folding stand of turned legs united by turned stretchers. Likely made as a campaign or travelling table during 19th century England, cleverly designed to make it portable and easy to stow away. Made to lovely proportions it will stand proud in any room.

The mahogany has a nice colour and rich patina created over the last 140 years. A wonderful piece of English history that’s bursting with historic charm.
Worth buying even just as an investment or store of wealth. As expected with age and the nature of the piece, these types of items are rare and well used with lots of character and wear. Including marks, minor splits and general wear and tear from travelling around Europe or other such adventures.
