An exceptionally pretty and elegant Regency tub chair with elegant turned and fluted legs and the whole of the frame inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing, the front rail and the tops of the legs also inlaid with kingwood bandings. Very comfortable and strong. The leather is oldish, and the chair might look better upholstered in fabric, but it does look good as it is and is perfectly servicable. Ideal as a desk chair, or just a pretty extra chair in a drawing room, or library, or office
