an unusual kidney shaped french writing table

A very good quality writing table veneered in walnut and with good gilt metal mounts. This lovely table is designed to free stand in a room or across a corner. It is French and late 19th century but in an earlier style. It is about 4' wide at the widest point. It has drawers on the front on either side of the central arch, and on the back a single long drawer in the middle.
