    An attractive, boldly framed and signed (Rima) floral still life on canvas covered board.
    It measures 25ins(63cms) x 21ins(53cms), to the extremities of the frame, and is a very well executed and colourful subject, with good depth, character and detail. It is in the traditional style and is an impressive and strikinhg work. It is signed at bottom right, 'Rima'.

     
    On the reverse of the canvas is a retaillers label for the board which is a 'Rathbone Board'
    made by Winsor and Newton, (and originally sold at 10/- 6d!) It is in good condition with no repairs or damage.
     
    The frame is a partially gilded and grey finished, swept frame with a texture surface and a
    shaped edge. It has corner and central embellishments, and has a hook at the top of the back and ready to hang.
