This is an antique decorative fireside store. A Belgian, brass log or coal bin, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1880.

• Displays a desirable aged patina and in good original order

• Lid adorned with mask figure and scrolled leaf patterns
• Stained pine frame presents clean, caramel hues to the interior
• Maker's name to the lid for A. Arens, a Belgian metalworker
  
  
• Front fascia presents a cellist and two singers performing upon a garden terrace
• Fine detail with clouds and trees to the background adding depth
• The scene after David Teniers (1610 - 1690) a Flemish baroque artist
• Dressed with a pair of handles for ease of carriage
