Circa 1860. A wonderful carved oak mirror back sideboard in the matter of E.W. Pugin. The tryptic mirror back with each of the gothic-shaped mirrors contained in an oak frame with a small pierced section in each corner, the tops with extended carved finials intersected by Fleur de Lis and carved leaves, the shaped flat surface with extended sections, the carved frieze concealing 3 drawers, with the facings carved with, vines, thistles, roses and shamrocks, the gables with carved vines and lined-folds, the pedestals with 2 doors with octagonal columns, and Gothic tracery, open to reveal a shelved area, and a wine box in the other side, the base following the form of the top.
