Circa 1920, very unusual bronze 3 door cabinet from the fur department of Jenners Department Store in Princes Street. Jenners in Edinburgh are a Scottish institution. The cabinet with its 3 panelled frosted lid and a bronze rail running the length of the cabinet. There are 3 bronze framed doors, each with a locking clasp. The external frame is also bronze with its slight pagoda top, polished panelled ends and back making the cabinet free standing. This stylish piece of furniture could be used in a walk in wardrobe or used for display in many environments. A rare piece of Scottish history from a great department store.
