A very attractive French Antique Louis XVI Style Buffet/Sideoboard/Dresser/Display Cabinet!
This buffet is made out of solid oak.
The sideboard comprises of a glazed top with beveled edge glasses, which is always a sign of quality.
There is a mirror in the center part of the middle section of the buffet, also beveled.
The top is supported by 2 large scrolled supports. These supports are carved with large oak leaves.
It sits on a marble, peach in colour. The marble is in a perfect condition, no chips, no cracks.
The base has 2 drawers and 2 carved doors.
The 2 paneled doors have nice carvings of guirlands of flowers which is a typical motive and design of the French Louis XVI style.
The colour of the buffet is a rich medium oak with a nice patina.
The sideboard has its original keys.
The sideboard is in very good condition.
