Circa 1900, a good mahogany inlaid Art Nouveau mantle clock. The clock has a classic Art Nouveau shape and various inlays including tulipwood, king wood, satinwood and Mother of Pearl. It has a silver dial with Roman Numerals. The clock has a time piece that strikes on two coil gongs, and the movement has been serviced. There is a circular mesh section at the back that allows access to the movement. There is a circular bezel with a bow fronted section of glass and a small locking device at the front. A presentation plaque is at the front and the piece stands on stylish cast brass ogee bracket feet. The clock is in full working condition.
