A Stylish Pair of English Regency Period Patinated Bronze and Ormolu Weighted Table or Mantle Single Light Lustres. First quarter of the Nineteenth Century. Each with bronze reeded sconces above Acanthus leaf canopies decorated with eight original hand cut crystal spear shaped prisms, the circular supporting column shaped bodies decorated with applied decorative roundels, ending on circular stepped bases. Condition: Superb condition for such early pieces, original ormolu is a little faded at high points. These pieces retain their original weighted parts inside as well as their firm fitting drip pans. Few light chips at crystal tips. Height: 8.75” (22cm). Diameter: (at bases) 3.5" (9cm).
