Circa 1870 with alterations, pair of Victorian burr walnut chest of drawers or bedsides. The rectangular tops with rounded corners and foliate carved edges sit over five graduated, mahogany lined drawers with twin, finely turned handles. The chests have rounded, fluted corners and stand on enclosed plinth bases, featuring Hobbs of London brass locks.
