Circa 1890. An interesting red walnut stick stand in the manner of James Shoolbred of London. The stylish back with flat section beneath, two curved copper sections for retaining the sticks, held on a ribbed uprights which are surmounted by stylish copper urns. In the center there is a full-length drawer with Victorian date kitemark stamped on it. The drawer retains its original oxidized copper handle with pierced and engraved back plate. The facings are all ribbed, In the center there is a small shelf, and the whole piece rests on cast brass feet.
