Circa 1815. A rare Regency mahogany adjustable duet stand. The A framed top with its lattice style framing with two mahogany stops which are hinged and have small brass uprights to hold the music in place, it retains its four original adjustable candle sconces which can move in multiple directions, the A frame supported on a rectangular stem with brass apertures in the side for vitiating the heights. All supported on a turned and tapering stem with a turned section in the center fluted towards the base with a dragooned collar, all resting on a concave platform base with fine quarter beadings on the fore-edge resting on four squat bun feet.
