small carved rocking horse

Circa 1920s, small scale carved rocking horse. With the remains of its bridle and saddle and tail, but the horse no longer has its mane. It has been painted and stippled at the piebald. There is a long stretcher at the base of the 4 legs which forms the under carriage and is attached to the main piece by 2 metal rods. Beneath this there is a cruciform base to give the horse stability.
