Circa 1830, table top terrestrial globe (with later restorations). The globe is held in place by a brass ribbed bezel, allowing rotation and the frame has months, other signs of the Zodiac and numbers to the underside. Beneath this are 4 turned legs with a cross over stretcher. The centre of the cross over stretcher has a small brass stand. An interesting, restored globe on stand.

The business grew so rapidly, they couldn't keep up with their inventory needs. Their goal has been to create a one-stop-shop where designers can complete an entire project from antique lighting to antique furniture to accessories. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
