derby coffee cup and saucer, c.1790-1800

A Derby porcelain coffee cup and saucer of spiral fluted form. Decorated with gilt rims and scattered Chantilly sprigs, hand-painted in blue and red with gilt leaves. Both pieces bear the hand-written, puce coloured, crowned batons mark with the pattern number, 129, beneath. Both cup and saucer are in excellent, original, sound condition with only some minor wear to the gilt rim of the cup. Please note: The purchase price includes postage and packing.
