french oak country longcase clock grandfather clock

A nice example of a French country Longcase Grandfather clock.
The clock has a nice gilt mouvement which has a country scene, richly ornate.
The clock is signed Faugerat in St Meloir des Ondes, in Brittany France.
The clock comes with its original winder.
The case of the clock has a nice carved paneled door to the front. When opened reveals the movement and pendulum.
The center of the paneeld door is all in fret work.
There are nice brass hinges on the fret work door.
The colour of the longcase clock is a rich medium oak with a very nice patina.
This longcase clock is in first class condition.
