regency rosewood bookcase

Circa 1815, Regency two-part rosewood bookcase. The moulded cornice is over a simple frieze and upper open bookcase section with 5 adjustable shelves flanked by simple pilasters. The base has pleated green silk panelled doors opening to a shelved interior. All supported on a neat reverse breakfront plinth base. The top section is 135 cm high, and the base is 74 cm high.

Their goal has been to create a one-stop-shop where designers can complete an entire project from antique lighting to antique furniture to accessories. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
