    Vintage Victorian-Style Facsimile Morpho Butterfly Wing Choker Necklace With Matching Earrings Circa. 1990 American The 1990's version of Victorian jewelry Morpho butterfly wing jewelry was all the rage in Victorian England This set has facsimile of morpho butterfly wings under domed glass; in both the necklace and the earrings The metal is a Japanned (blackened) base metal Tiny oval Japanned dangles adorn the earrings New-old stock Made in the 1990's but never worn....or sold! The choker necklace measures 16 inches; this worn high on the neck The (3) larger discs measure 1 5/8" high x 1 1/8 " wide The (3) smaller discs measure 1" high x 5/8" wide Total weight of the choker/necklace is 75.7 g. 48.7 dwt The earrings measure 2 3/8 inches long with ear wire (lever back) Width is 3/4 inches wide, at their widest Total weight of the earrings is 12.3 g. 7.9 dwt All in pristine original condition (new)
