impressive tall carved swedish giltwood mirror

Circa 1850. An impressive tall carved giltwood Swedish mirror in the rococo style, with a carved and gilded pierced foliate carved top. The shaped mirror contained with elongated gilded strips with C-scrolls to the mirror with further foliate carving around the entire frame. Towards the base there are further pierced sections, over two scrolling feet. The mirror plate and the gilding are original.
